Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

We offers a 7-day change-of-mind return policy on all products. Unless the item has a significant undisclosed issue, return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

To qualify for a return:

① Condition of Returned Item

The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage, stains, odours, perfume, or any signs of wear.

All accompanying items (including gift box, dust bag, accessories, etc.) must be returned in full.

As the gift box forms part of the product, damaged or missing packaging will be treated as product damage and may affect return eligibility.

② Return Timeframe

Items must be dispatched within 7 days of receipt. The postmark date will be used as evidence of dispatch.

③ Situations Not Covered by the Returns Policy

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

• Refused delivery

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

• Uncollected parcels (considered refusal)

• Customs refusal or unpaid duties resulting in return

• Buyer absence, including travel or holiday

Please contact us in advance if any unavoidable issue arises.

④ Customs Duties

All customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

⑤ Return Authorisation & Return Address

Prior to returning any item, you must contact elitegifthouse1@gmail.com to obtain return authorisation and the correct return address. The registered business address is not the warehouse return address. Returns sent without authorisation or to an incorrect address may not be accepted, and a refund may not be issued.

⑥ Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

⑦ Return Time Limits

If contact is not made within 7 days of receipt to request a return, or if the item is not returned within 7 days of return authorisation, the return may be declined and a refund may not be issued.

⑧ Damaged Items

If the item is received damaged or is damaged in transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the damage being deemed customer-caused and may affect return eligibility.
